WE NEED DREAMERS

I am a serial entrepreneur, consultant, trainer, and writer for Dreams In Gear. I have been a dreamer all my life. I wish I could say I’ve accomplished most of my dreams but I struggle to stay motivated. Chasing a dream is often a lonely venture, full of obstacles. I started Dreams in Gear as a place for people with dreams to find motivation and kinship. I also started it to inspire people to believe in dreams again, like they did when they were kids.  
 
I have succeeded some but failed often. I am still pushing because I find more of myself with every journey. I believe that chasing dreams uncovers our potential and purpose even when we fall short. More than that, humanity benefits when people choose to do the impossible. Yeah, dreaming is a big deal.

My talented wife Catharine and I raised five children who are now adults and poised for great things. Being Christian, we believe the potential in every single person is truly limitless.
